We like to think of ourselves as fun and friendly — and easy to get along with. We’re not too formal and don’t take ourselves too seriously. Life is too short for that. But we do take our clients and their businesses seriously and have fun while we partner together.

We would love to guarantee results but unfortunately at this time we don’t think it would be in anyone’s best interest to do that. Various market influences and things that are out of our control can happen in a flash. But we do guarantee the following:

  • We will offer fair market pricing for our services.

In order to provide the best service to you, we’ll need to have a deep understanding of your business, your customers, and your needs.

We prefer to have a 90-minute consultation (free) up front. During this meeting we get to know you and your business by asking some questions. Some of these questions are: Who is your audience? What marketing activities have you done? What has or hasn’t driven results? We may ask you to fill out a form first so we have some basic idea of who you are ahead of the meeting. And it’s ok if you don’t know all the answers!

Hopefully, you’ll agree to give us access to your tech tools so we can dive in and look at results, website traffic, email campaigns, and more. Sometimes we recommend a marketing assessment at this stage.

Then we work together on a customer journey map to set the stage for any service we provide.
